I mentor queer and neurodivergent leaders doing meaningful work, often in under-resourced spaces, often without a map that was made for them.
This is 1-1 mentoring grounded in lived experience. I've spent 14 years leading as an AuDHD, non-binary, queer person at the helm of a complex LGBTQIA+ organisation. I know what it's like to hold a team, hold a mission, and hold yourself together, often all at once.
We work on what's actually happening for you as a leader. The decisions, the dynamics, the moments where your brain or your identity make things harder and the places where they make you sharper than anyone else in the room.
This isn't therapy. It isn't coaching in the traditional sense. It's an honest, relational mentoring relationship with someone who gets it from the inside.
About Me
I'm Max Price: mentor, facilitator, and co-creator of Kind Leadership. I'm AuDHD, non-binary, and queer, and I've spent 14 years co-founding and co-leading Proud2Be, an LGBTQIA+ community organisation in Devon.
I've held teams through crisis, navigated burnout, managed safeguarding, and built something meaningful from nothing without a roadmap that reflected who I am. I left in 2025 after a planned leadership transition, and now I support other leaders doing the same kind of work.
I also co-create and facilitate leadership spaces through Kind Leadership with Maya Price, and I freelance as a facilitator with We Create Space.
